Scheduling

If you are considering coaching and wondering whether it might be helpful, the best place to start is a conversation.  This initial discussion provides an opportunity to explore what is on your mind and whether coaching would be valuable at this stage of your life or career.

During our conversation, we may discuss questions such as:

  • What prompted you to explore coaching now?
  • What decisions or transitions are on your mind?
  • What would make coaching valuable for you?
  • Where do you feel most stuck or uncertain?

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the coaching process and what working together might look like.  Coaching works best when there is a strong sense of alignment and trust.  This conversation is designed to help both of us determine whether the engagement would be helpful.

Conversations typically last 15 minutes and are confidential.
